Follow Capital athletics on Twitter

Twitter is a free service - if you do not already have a Twitter account, all you need to do is visit www.twitter.com and click sign up now and follow the simple instructions. Then, search for CapCrusaders under “find people” and click that you want to follow us.

If you can’t make it to some of our games, we’ll be providing in-game updates for home contests, posting final scores immediately after games and links to the latest headlines. It’s a great way to keep pace with your favorite team or student-athlete!

If you have a mobile phone/device and enjoy text messages, you can receive Capital’s Twitter updates on your mobile phone - just follow the instructions on Twitter.
